How can I access information on this dialog?

You can use Advanced Text Capabilities (consisting of Formatting, Attributes, Variables, Statements, Mathematical Terms) in all texts, dimensions, variables, and attributes!

In most situations, you can use the small "><" / "<>" button to switch between the two different versions of this dialog – either the small dialog shown above, or the dialog with a much larger text edit field.
