Identify > Area Mode »Jutting Into« (+F6) (Extra Menu)

This command can be used to switch the area mode »Jutting Into« on or off. The area mode determines whether, when selecting objects using areas (pressing the SHIFT key), the objects to be selected must be completely within the specified area (»Jutting Into« not active) or only have to jut into the area partially (»Jutting Into« active).

Depending on the mode, the entered area is displayed in a different color.
