Manage Collections (Library Menu)

This command can be used to manage the collections. This is done from the "Manage Collections" dialog, in which collections can be loaded, saved, updated or removed from memory.

The actions specified in this dialog are carried out as soon as the "Close Window" button is clicked on.

There are two different locations where collections can be stored: The collection "*Internal Collection" is an integral part of the respective drawing and will be opened and saved along with it. Global collections are each saved in a file in the network that is actively created by the user and that can be accessed and managed from multiple computers. The list of global collections will be permanently saved. All collections which are listed when the application is closed will be automatically loaded when the application is next started. If you want to store information locally and without names, use the Pinboard instead.
