MKI_BITMAPDISPLAY_* (Bitmap Display Mode) New in Version 2015.0

Display modes for a bitmap. A bit-wise OR combination of the following flags:

MKI_BITMAPDISPLAY_DEFAULT

Standard display.

MKI_BITMAPDISPLAY_MASK

All pixels with the color given in BitmapMaskColor will be transparent.

MKI_BITMAPDISPLAY_NOSMOOTH

If this bitmap uses a transparent color, it will be displayed without smoothing to avoid color fringes. NO LONGER SUPPORTED!
