MKI_BITMAPSIZE_* (Bitmap Size Mode) New in Version 2015.0

Defines how the bitmap size will be calculated. Possible values are:

MKI_BITMAPSIZE_RESOLUTION (0)

The size is determined by the resolution defined by ResolutionMode and Resolution .

MKI_BITMAPSIZE_PROPORTIONAL (1)

The size is determined by Pixel, and the drawing will be scaled proportionally.

MKI_BITMAPSIZE_ARBITRARY (2)

The size is determined by Pixel, and the drawing will be scaled arbitrarily.
