MKI_COLOROUTPUT_* (Color Output Mode) New in Version 2014.0

Determines how colors are handled during output. Must be one of the following values:

MKI_COLOROUTPUT_RGB (0)

Colors will be output in RGB mode.

MKI_COLOROUTPUT_GRAY (1)

Colors will be converted to grayscales.

MKI_COLOROUTPUT_MONO (2)

Colors will be converted to black & white (all non-white colors will be output as black).
