Display method of line widths and types on the screen. Must be one of the following values:

MKI_LINEDISPLAY_MINIMUM (0)

No line type, minimum line width.

MKI_LINEDISPLAY_NARROW (1)

Original line type, minimum line width.

MKI_LINEDISPLAY_FIXED (2)

Original line type, zoom-independent line width.

MKI_LINEDISPLAY_SCALED (3)

Original line type, zoom-dependent line width.
