Determines how assigned objects in pages shall be displayed. Must be one of the following values:

MKI_PAGEDISPLAY_CLASSIC (0) Renamed in Version 2022.2

Classic mode: Display all objects.

MKI_PAGEDISPLAY_PAGES_NO_MODEL (1) Renamed in Version 2022.2

Display all objects assigned to pages, but not the model space.

MKI_PAGEDISPLAY_LAYOUT (2) Renamed in Version 2022.2

Layout mode: Display only objects assigned to the active model space or page.

MKI_PAGEDISPLAY_PAGE_PLUS_MODEL (3) Renamed in Version 2022.2

Display only objects assigned to the active page and to the model space.

MKI_PAGEDISPLAY_MODEL_ONLY (4) Renamed in Version 2022.2

Display only objects assigned to the model space.
