MKI_PAGELAYERS_* (Page Layer Display Mode) New in Version 2014.0

Determines how hidden layers in pages shall be displayed. Must be one of the following values:

MKI_PAGELAYERS_SHOW (0)

Show all layers, even if they are supposed to be hidden on the current page.

MKI_PAGELAYERS_GRAY (1)

Shade all layers that are supposed to be hidden on the current page.

MKI_PAGELAYERS_HIDE (2)

Hide and lock all layers that are supposed to be hidden on the current page.
