MKI_PAGEMODE_* (Page Mode) Changed in Version 2024.0

Miscellaneous page modes. A bit-wise OR combination of the following flags:

MKI_PAGEMODE_STANDARD

The page has no special attribute.

MKI_PAGEMODE_FORCE_PAGESIZE

When printing this page, the application will try to select the appropriate page size from the current printer. If an exact match is not available, the application will select a page size large enough to contain the given page (i.e. DIN A3 instead of DIN B4). If no sufficiently large page size is available, the application will select the largest page size available.

MKI_PAGEMODE_LINE_SCALED New in Version 6.51

When printing this page, all line widths will be scaled according to m_dPageScale.

MKI_PAGEMODE_DISABLED New in Version 2024.0

When printing, this page will be omitted.

MKI_PAGEMODE_TAB_COLOR New in Version 2024.0

When in layout mode, this page's tab in the layout window will show an additional space in m_cTabColor.
