MKI_PAGEORIENT_* (Page Orientation Mode)

Determines whether the page shall have landscape or portrait orientation. Allowed values are:

MKI_PAGEORIENT_CUSTOM (0)

User-defined format, i.e. the size of the page is stated explicitly. In this case, a possible page type should be MKI_PAGETYPE_CUSTOM.

MKI_PAGEORIENT_PORTRAIT (1)

Portrait, i.e. more height than width.

MKI_PAGEORIENT_LANDSCAPE (2)

Landscape, i.e. more width than height.
