MKI_PRINTMODE_* (Print Page Scaling Mode)

Page scaling mode for printing. Possible values are:

MKI_PRINTMODE_SINGLE (0)

Print the output scope to a single printer sheet. Unless a page forces a paper size selected, the current printer's paper size will be used, no matter if it fits.

MKI_PRINTMODE_MULTIPLE (1)

The output scope will be printed onto as many sheets as necessary.

MKI_PRINTMODE_FIT_SCALE (2)

The output scope will be scaled to fit onto one sheet of the current printer's paper size. Scaling will be ignored.

MKI_PRINTMODE_FIT_PAPER (3)

A paper size will be selected so that the output scope fits onto it.
