Orientation of the printer page. Possible values are:

MKI_PRINTORIENT_PORTRAIT (0)

The page(s) will be in portrait mode, i.e. more height than width.

MKI_PRINTORIENT_LANDSCAPE (1)

The page(s) will be in landscape mode, i.e. more width than height.
