MKI_PRINTRANGE_* (Print Page Range Mode)

Printing output scope, i.e. range of pages or objects. Possible values are:

MKI_PRINTRANGE_ALL (0)

All pages will be printed.

MKI_PRINTRANGE_CURRENT (1)

Only the currently active page will be printed.

MKI_PRINTRANGE_INTERVAL (2)

All pages in the interval defined by PageRangeMin and PageRangeMax will be printed.

MKI_PRINTRANGE_OBJECTS (3)

All objects in the drawing will be printed.
