MKI_PRINTSERIAL_* (Serial Print Naming)

Determines what information shall be added in brackets to the output filenames if the serial printing goes to files. A bit-wise OR combination of the following values:

MKI_PRINTSERIAL_JOB

The number of the current print job will be added.

MKI_PRINTSERIAL_RECORD

The number of this print job's first record will be added.

MKI_PRINTSERIAL_ENTRY

The content of the entry of this print job's first record identified by SerialEntry will be added.
