MKI_TASKDEF::HasFrame( void ) const;

Checks if the task has a valid frame (either a rectangle in m_cRect or a polygon in m_acPolyPoints). It does not check m_cSize since that will only be used if m_cRect used also.

Return Value

Returns true if affirmative.
