Recalculates the internal links between instances, blocks and attributes.

This procedure should be called after MKI_UndoFinishProcess if any changes in blocks or instances occurred.

Parameters

f_fNoDialog New in Version 2025.1

[bool] If true, no progress dialog will be displayed.
