After your call to us you establish a connection with your CAD6 consultant via TeamViewer. Now the consultant can see your screen and also operate your mouse and keyboard. You can then explain your problem, lean back and watch how the consultant is demonstrating the solution to you.

Prerequisites

In order to be granted Live Support, Support & Updates for your license must be still valid. In the preliminary call, our consultant must be convinced that it might be helpful.
